Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective

• The wrong item was received

• The product arrived damaged

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Customized or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
